The IBEW HQ remodel was a dynamic project with a widely varied and exciting scope of work. Started in 2018 and completed in 2019, on the heels of completing the Henry Miller Museum project for the IBEW, Henderson Associates embarked on the renovation of their Mid-Century Modern Headquarters. The project included a full interior remodel, façade refresh, solar array, controllable themed interior and exterior lighting as well as extensive site landscaping. Of note, the interior remodel of the second-floor event space with new finishes and lighting has made it a premier attraction in the St. Louis event space market. The primary use of the building, IBEW Local 1 union hall, was greatly enhanced by the first-floor office space redesign and refurbishing.
